Thursday 13

Since it's December, I might as well stick with the Christmas theme. In NO particular order, here are 13 Christmas movies that I look forward to seeing, each year. As usual, for other Thursday Thirteen participants, go here

1. Twas The Night Before Christmas

2. Miracle on 34th Street

3. Home Alone

4. Elf

5. Santa Claus is Coming To Town

6. It's A Wonderful Life

7. White Christmas

8. The Grinch That Stole Christmas

9. A Christmas Story

10. Frosty, The Snowman

11. A Charlie Brown Christmas

12. The Year Without a Santa Claus

13. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

I love Christmas movies. Great idea for your 13.

The Grinch is my all time favorite, but I like A Christmas story as well.

Great list! I think I have all of them on DVD. But for Miracle on 34th Street - it HAS to be the 1947 version with Natalie Wood... my fave of all time. Sadly, don't have that on DVD YET...

Nice list, and I agree with all but a couple (Home Alone and Elf, just didn't care for either) The year without a Santa Claus is my favorite!

I have the original Grinch movie, MG gave it to me for Christmas one year, it's just buried in a box that has moved with me 4 times now. Have to dig it out. Great list though.

I have seen Elf about 5 times and it is one of my all time favorites. Thanks for reminding me to get a copy (perhaps I should just buy one. duh. Right?)

Do you watch all of these each year? I might catch A Christmas Story if the kids will let me take the remote back.

The only one I have seen is White Christmas, but I think you have to have kids to see the others.
